These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the World Transfer website and B2B ground transfer brokerage services. World Transfer is an international transportation broker based in Germany. We arrange corporate ground transfer services through a network of licensed local operators worldwide. By accessing our website, submitting a corporate proposal request, or entering into a business arrangement with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the World Transfer website, completing our corporate proposal form, or engaging with our services as a business client, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of our services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes, subject to any additional notice requirements under applicable law.
These terms apply to all corporate clients, authorised users of corporate accounts, and any person submitting enquiries through our website on behalf of a business entity.
2. Nature of Our Services
World Transfer operates exclusively as a transportation broker. We facilitate the arrangement of private ground transfer services between corporate clients and independent, licensed local transfer operators. World Transfer does not own, operate, or control vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services directly.
The actual provision of transfer services is performed by third-party operators selected from our partner network. Each operator is responsible for vehicle standards, driver qualifications, insurance, and compliance with local licensing and transport regulations in their jurisdiction.
World Transfer's role is limited to brokering, coordinating, and administering bookings on behalf of corporate clients. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle type or operator in every location, though we endeavour to fulfil confirmed bookings through qualified partners.
3. Bookings, Pricing, and Corporate Accounts
Bookings are confirmed once World Transfer issues written confirmation and assigns the service to a licensed partner operator. Travel details, passenger information, and special requirements must be provided accurately at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring that passenger details and itinerary information are correct.
World Transfer offers fixed pricing for confirmed corporate bookings as quoted at the time of acceptance. Quoted prices typically include the agreed route, vehicle category, and standard waiting time as specified in the proposal. Additional charges may apply for route changes, extended waiting, or extra stops not included in the original booking, and will be communicated in advance where practicable.
Corporate accounts may be established subject to separate commercial terms, including billing arrangements, authorised bookers, and service-level expectations. Account holders are responsible for all bookings made under their corporate account by authorised personnel.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the specific booking conditions communicated at the time of confirmation and may vary by destination, operator, and service type. As a general principle, cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund or credit, while late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
World Transfer will communicate applicable cancellation deadlines and any associated fees at or before booking confirmation. In the event of flight delays, schedule changes, or force majeure circumstances, we will work with our partner operators to accommodate reasonable adjustments where possible, though additional costs may apply.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to cs@world-transfer.com. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method or corporate account credit, within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of eligibility.
5. User Obligations and Limitation of Liability
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting proposals, making bookings, or communicating travel requirements. You must not use our services for unlawful purposes, misrepresent your identity or authority, or interfere with the operation of our website or partner services.
Corporate clients are responsible for ensuring that passengers comply with operator instructions, local laws, and vehicle capacity limits. You must promptly notify World Transfer of any changes to travel plans that may affect a confirmed booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, World Transfer's liability is limited to direct damages arising from our failure to perform our brokerage obligations, and shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, nor for acts or omissions of partner operators beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory German or EU law.
6. Governing Law, Amendments, and Contact
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our brokerage services, subject to any mandatory consumer or commercial protections that may apply to the contracting parties.
World Transfer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. We encourage corporate clients to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
